Your donations help us record conference sessions for the internet and cover conference costs for deserving supporters who could not afford to come to the conference. Conference Business The full package includes all sessions, including Monday evening reception, Wednesday afternoon bus tour, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday lunches, Thursday evening Gala Banquet and Friday morning champagne brunch. Meals include vegetarian selections. Meals cannot be guaranteed to those who register after July 1. Refund Policy: A 20% administration fee will be charged on cancellations before June 27, 2010. After that date a 50% fee on full or partial packages is charged for cancellations, except in the case of documented medical emergencies.
