Conference Business
The full package includes all sessions, including Wednesday evening reception, Saturday Afternoon Boat Tour, Thursday, Friday & Saturday lunches, coffee breaks, Saturday evening Gala Banquet and Sunday morning champagne brunch.Meals include vegetarian selections. Meals cannot be guaranteed to those who register after July 15.
There is a 50% cancellation fee after July 7, except for documented medical emergencies.
The Hotel

Getting There
From the East: Take I-90 west until the Shoreway (Route 2) diverges from it. Follow the Shoreway to the East 9th Street exit. Take East 9th Street 1 block to Lakeside Ave. Make a left onto Lakeside Ave. Hotel is 1 block up on the left hand side on 12th and Lakeside.From the West: Take 90 East to the East 9th St. Exit. Take East 9th Street to Lakeside Ave. Make a right onto Lakeside Ave. Hotel is 1 block up on the left hand side on 12th and Lakeside.
From the South on I-71: Follow I-71 until it merges with I-90 eastbound. Exit at East 9th st. Turn north and follow east 9th to Lakeside Avenue. Turn right. The hotel is one block east at Lakeside and east 12th.
From the south on I-77: Follow I-77 to I-490. Take I-490 west to the I-71 and I-90 intersection. Follow the I-71 directions. Hotel Parking is discounted to $5 per day for our overnight hotel guests.
From Hopkins International Airport: A fast and inexpensive option is to take the RTA Red Line to the Tower City stop, and call the Doubletree Hotel (216-241-5100) for free shuttle service from that stop.
Amtrak: Alas, trains arrive and depart at inconvenient times. But, if you use Amtrak, our code for a 10% discount on tickets to the conference is X15V-951.
By Bus: Megabus has inexpensive fares from midwestern cities, but only through its Chicago hub. Greyhound serves Cleveland from most cities. The bus stations are just a block from our hotel.
